Gabriel Arsenault
“It is an experience that I cannot put into words, to see my father walk with an artificial leg that I built for him. Josée first studied at the Cité collégiale in Ottawa in the field of social studies. She then went to Ottawa University to complete her masters in social work During the summer of 2005, thanks to her participation in the PERCÉ PEI program, she had the opportunity to work with the Association des femmes acadiennes et francophones de l'Î.-P.-É. (AFAFIPE), an organization that... View story
